Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups (400 g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30 g) smooth peanut butter
- 2 tbsp (10 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 medium banana (120 g flesh)
- 2 tsp (14 g) honey
Method
- Whisk yogurt, peanut butter, cocoa and honey until smooth. If too thick, add 1-2 tbsp water.
- Divide between two small bowls or jars. Slice the banana and arrange half on each.
- Serve immediately or cover and chill the chocolate mixture, adding banana just before eating.
Cook’s note: For a less sweet pot, omit honey; the printed macros include it.
