What am I buying?
A digital cookbook in PDF format. There is no physical book or shipping. This is a preview store: only High Protein Everyday has a completed demonstration PDF, and all checkouts are tests.
Can I look inside before choosing?
Yes. High Protein Everyday includes a free five-page sample with the cover, contents, kitchen notes and one complete recipe. You can also preview selected pages on its book page.
How do I receive my cookbook?
Complete the test checkout to reach your download page. The file is released after the server confirms the simulated payment. No money is charged and no payment details are requested.
Can I print the PDF?
Yes. The sample and demonstration book can be printed for personal use. For the best result, select fit to page in your printer settings. You can also read them on a tablet or computer.
Are the recipes kitchen-tested?
High Protein Everyday was reviewed for ingredient proportions, cooking sequence and portion calculations, but has not been physically kitchen-tested. Its nutrition figures are approximate. Practical recipe testing is needed before commercial release.
Are the food images photographs?
The food images were generated with AI as serving illustrations. They are not photographs of tested recipe results. Covers for forthcoming titles are concepts and may change.
What if my download link expires?
Return to the completed order page in the same browser session and choose Renew download links. Links last one hour. Demo orders are temporary and are cleared when the preview server restarts. Email delivery is not connected.
How do Telegram recipes work?
The group and recipe bot are open to everyone. Open the bot and press Start, then explicitly choose Subscribe daily to receive daily recipes. Use /today for the current recipe and /stop to unsubscribe. The links and automatic delivery schedule will be announced when configured.
Can I buy the forthcoming books?
Not yet. The Italian, Georgian, Japanese, Mexican and Mediterranean books are planned concepts. Their page counts, recipe lists and prices will be added when the books are ready.
