Ingredients
- 2 cans (5 oz / 142 g each) tuna in water, drained to about 8 oz (225 g)
- 1 can (15 oz / 425 g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed to about 1 1/2 cups (240 g)
- 2 tsp (10 ml) olive oil
- 1/4 tsp (0.5 g) ground black pepper
- 1 medium cucumber (200 g), diced
- 2 tbsp (8 g) chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
Method
- Drain tuna and chickpeas well. Break tuna into bite-sized flakes in a large bowl.
- Prepare all the listed salad vegetables, fruit and herbs. Add them to the bowl.
- Add oil, pepper and the listed citrus juice or vinegar. Toss gently and divide between two plates.
